Payment and Reservation Policy All payments for private seminars and webinars are final. Reschedules are accepted for private seminars only. Technical Problems or Seminar Cancellations Should we experience a technical problem with our web conference provider or with Highlander LLC School of Golf during the presentation that causes it to be cancelled, a full refund will be given to all registered attendees. A full refund will also be given to all registered attendees if a seminar has to be cancelled for any reason by the presenter. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure their equipment is able to access the seminar ahead of time by ensuring their system requirements are satisfactory and practicing the log on process.
